x10bet Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "x10bet", "we", "us", "our" refers to x10bet and the operators of the x10bet platform accessible at x10bet.club.
• "Platform" means the x10bet website, mobile site, and all associated services, games, and features made available through x10bet.club.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an x10bet account.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's x10bet Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market available on the Platform.
• "Eligible Player" means a Player who satisfies all eligibility conditions set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which x10bet processes deposits and withdrawals for players in Bangladesh.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used by x10bet for all scheduling and deadline purposes.

Access to and use of the x10bet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the conditions below before registering an account or placing any wager on x10bet:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. x10bet enforces a strict minimum age policy and will not permit individuals under 18 to register, deposit, or wager on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and for your own account.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either with x10bet directly or through any responsible gaming programme that covers the x10bet Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of x10bet, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person, in respect of any wager placed on the Platform.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where compliance with those laws is required by x10bet.

x10bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or closure of the Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the x10bet Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your registration details remain accurate and up to date. Any material change to your personal information — including your name, address, mobile number, or payment method — must be communicated to x10bet support promptly.

x10bet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registration of an Account does not constitute an obligation on the part of x10bet to accept any wager or maintain the Account indefinitely.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. x10bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

You must notify x10bet support immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. x10bet may suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.

Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or by a third party who has accessed your Account with or without your permission — will be treated as activity carried out by you. You accept full responsibility for all wagers placed and all transactions conducted through your Account.

x10bet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. x10bet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time. All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

x10bet does not charge any fee for processing standard deposits. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or other) may apply their own transaction charges, for which x10bet accepts no responsibility. Deposits made via third-party accounts, group accounts, or any payment method not registered to the Player will be reversed and may result in Account suspension.

All funds deposited into your x10bet Account must be used for gaming purposes only. x10bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit that appears inconsistent with a Player's typical activity or Account history.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless x10bet's support team has approved an alternative method in writing following successful KYC verification.

x10bet does not deduct any processing fee from withdrawal amounts. Actual receipt of funds may be subject to processing times applied by your mobile wallet provider. x10bet accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.

Before approving a withdrawal, x10bet may require the Player to complete identity verification, confirm ownership of the receiving payment account, and confirm that all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds have been met. Withdrawal requests submitted while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding may be held pending completion of those requirements or cancellation of the associated bonus.

x10bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and take precedence over these general bonus terms in the event of any conflict.

Bonus Funds are separate from real-money Balance and are displayed separately in the Player's Account dashboard. When a Player's Account contains both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, real-money Balance will be used for wagers first unless the Player specifically elects to use Bonus Funds in accordance with the applicable offer terms.

All wagers placed on x10bet are governed by the specific game rules, betting rules, and market rules applicable to the relevant game or event. These rules are accessible within the game interface or betting market and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

A wager becomes binding upon confirmation by the x10bet system. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any wager — including the selection, stake amount, and odds accepted — before confirming placement. x10bet will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except in the circumstances set out below.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any wager, the records maintained by x10bet's system shall be the primary reference point for resolving the dispute. Players may submit a formal dispute through the x10bet support channel within seven days of the relevant settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x10bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of your Account Balance, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether using the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any point during account verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Placing wagers using funds obtained through illegal means;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players or with x10bet employees to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt influence over any sporting event covered on the Platform;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct towards x10bet staff or other users.

All content on the x10bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of x10bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

x10bet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of x10bet's intellectual property may constitute a breach of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law and will result in the immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x10bet shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

x10bet does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x10bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information on the Platform.

x10bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x10bet Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x10bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x10bet will provide reasonable advance notice to affected Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with the Player's Account.

The amended Terms & Conditions will display a revised effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of your remaining Balance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in international jurisdictions. In the event of any dispute between you and x10bet arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation via the x10bet support channel.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents x10bet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief before any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.
